  I am not very judgemental on the meal here but the staff was pretty welcoming and even gave me some water:)

  “Very poor customer service during the night shift. I clearly requested fresh burgers and was willing to wait, but was given old ones. When I called to address it, the staff member was loud, rude, and kept insisting it was fresh instead of acknowledging the mistake. She repeatedly asked for my name in an aggressive tone, making me feel like I was at fault for raising a valid concern about food I paid for. Although a replacement was eventually offered, the behavior was unprofessional and uncomfortable. This is not how customers should be treated
