Placed order for 14 piece bucket. They processed transaction then advised was going to be 20 minutes for order.this isn't the first time this has happened .Not a great way to do business, trap you into waiting instead of advising before hand as would not have waited

Ordered a 10pc bucket of chicken, why are chickens so small? Just like a ketchup pocket size. Oh my! Had a gut feeling that this might happen and it did😞😞😞

I am a regular at this KFC and love their service. Theres 2 older ladies with white hair and one of them is always so nice to me and shes very kind and always gives me extra dipping sauce and waits for me to come into the KFC whenever I order online and then pours me my drink so it stays cold. But today there was this other older lady with white hair who was talking bad about every customer after they left and had a problem with me switching my table after i was done eating. I told her that the suns glare was on my phone and thats why I took my drink and switched to another table. I did not like her attitude at all and left the premises. Theres 2 older ladies with white hair and one of them is always so nice to me and shes very kind.
