Secondly, after a 10 minute wait (no other customers in store although drive-thru was busy), our order was totally wrong (burger instead of wrap, fries instead of rings and condiments that were unsuitable for any order). By the time our was ready as order, the part that was correct was cold. A bad experience that should not have happened ( we tried to talk to a manager but there was nobody either there or at the attached Swiss Chalet)...our last visit to this store and I hope others think twice about visiting this location.

Bridgewater location is the only Harvey's Ill go to now. They still have the hand cut fries there. * Also the visit prior to this I ordered a Big Harv and when I they called me to the counter I looked at the burger and it was a junior burger. I said thats not a Big Harv. They said we ran out of the bigger patties. I said Im sorry but I didn't pay for a junior burger and asked for my money back. Each visit is worse than the last.It's mind boggling. I love Harvey's but I really dont think anyone cares there anymore. 😔

The nice young man at the window apologized for the wait time, which I appreciated, but I did not wait very long to receive my delicious Big Harvey, fries, onion rings, and pies. This was a good experience; the guy at the window had manners. I wished all the people at fast food takeout windows were like this guy; give him a raise because he is someone you want and need to keep as an employee. I even think he might be a good management candidate.
