    Placed a mobile order today at about 6:05pm and ended up being told I am not getting my food at 6:55pm. Highly suggest not using their mobile ordering app if you think about getting food here, the best way to ensure you get your food quick is via drive-thru. I placed an order today and went to pick up my order around 6:15pm. Was told it is not yet ready and then a rush of literally 30-40 kids walk-in at the same time and fill the queue. I had to wait for my order for about 20 minutes watching dozens of people get served in line and via the drive-thru before anybody asked me again what I was waiting for. I told them I am still waiting on my mobile order and waited about another 5-10 minutes after the entire rush of customers had been served. Only then did anyone actually try to verify my order. I showed the manager Jhudy that I have an active order at the correct location that keeps pushing my timer back by 5 minutes originally telling me to pick up at 6:20pm and is now sitting at 6:55pm . I was told by her that there is nothing that can be done and due to the order never being received at the store, they cannot honor it and are not going to prepare it. I expressed my frustration that after waiting for 20-25 minutes watching endless customers have their orders taken in both the line and drive-thru that I am finally being informed NOTHING can be done - no refund will be provided and I will not be having my order because it is the apps fault. I couldn't believe what I was hearing; I was then told that I had not in fact been waiting this long and that they were prompt in checking-in with me moments after I inquired about my order initially. I can't lie, this really annoyed me because after having to sit there and watch endless people get served ahead of me I am now being told I had not been waiting long and basically being told I was either lying or exaggerating. Honestly, I was not counting each minute but there was no in hell I had been waiting anything less than 15-20 minutes so I disputed this. No kidding, she then proceeded to pull out her phone and say "Ok, well if you were actually here that long then it should reflect on the CC, right?!" I told her go ahead and check her phone, you'll see me standing there the whole time just watching everyone get served and verify that I may have been there for 19 minutes instead of 20 because it definitely was not moments as she was stating. After waiting another awkward 5 minutes of watching her watch her phone I realized how futile this was all becoming and told her I am not going to wait for her to review the entire CC roll just to verify I am not exaggerating. She had already told me nothing can be done, I am already hungry as hell and I am tired of waiting even longer. So out frustration I told her this doesn't matter anyways because there is no sight of my order being prepped and no indication of any refund. She then whipped back that fact-checking this does matter as though this was some court of law or something? I don't know. After enduring a few more minutes of this I decided to leave with no food as it was now nearing 1 hour since I placed my order and my stomach was turning. She asked me to check my direct deposit before leaving and thankfully there was a refund. But still, all that waiting and rigamaroll just to be refunded automatically with no food in hand; basically back where I started. Knowing that I placed my order ahead of everyone and had to sit there and watch endless people get served both in drive-thru and in takeout before being told I cannot have my order just did not sit right with me at all. Didn't get my food that day and don't think I will be getting it there ever again, at least at that location.

    I have ordered power bowls from here via the Mobile App a few times. However, every time I do so, (with the exception of once where I wrote out in the special instructions specifically not to include them), red onions were put in the bowl. This doesn’t make sense as Red Onions aren’t even part of the bowl by default, and must manually be added when using the app. I shouldn’t have to specifically comment and ask not to include something when it’s not a part of my order in the first place. Also, My most recent time ordering, I stated that the Plastic Fork and knife aren’t needed as I’m using utensils from home, however they were put in the bag anyway. This is despite my special instructions comment being printed on the receipt. Re: Red Onions, even though it’s just a preference for me not to have them, there could be more severe implications if this situation were to happen to someone who has an allergy. The food and service were good otherwise, if these problems can be fixed I’ll gladly change my review to 5 stars.
