  Mobile ordered on McHappy as we did for the last few years. Placed order at 7:00pm, arrived at 7:15ish for Curbside pickup. Wait for 30 mins and the order goes to "delivered". So we go into the store to inquire about the wait. Turns out they gave our order away to someone who had the receipt and said they were waiting (you don't get a paper receipt when you mobile order, obviously). Got a "oh, wow, that odd" response, continued to wait for our food. Recivived our food at almost 8:00pm. Got home the fries were just warm and unsalted. Customer service was less than 1 star. Unfortunately last McHappy day a very similar thing happened. Next McHappy day we'll gladly drive to Bible hill or Antigonish location. Had multiple issues at this location and everytime wasn't handled in a professional manner.

  We stopped here on the weekend. The bathroom lights were blue and extremely dim. If you are on crutches, have a disability, are a senior, or have any vision issues...do NOT stop here if you need to use the restroom. I asked an employee to walk in ahead of me to make sure there wasn't water on the floor. They also apologized for how challenging it is to see the floor. Unfortunately our orders were a bit mixed up, but the staff fixed the issue as fast as they could.

  Visited on March 7 in the evening. The tables in seating area were not clean. Both men's and women's washrooms were filthy with flooded water or urine on the floors.
