  The manager at this location is great to deal with. He has been there since day one and seems very committed. I visited and he was very attentive and polite and makes you feel at home. The only reason I visit is for the awesome food and the amazing staff .

  Just went in to order. Cross contamination from the meats observers. Food looked like it was days old. All uncovered. The three staff did not care at all. I left and reported to health inspectors. Food safety is important. Staff not trained. This please deserves zero stars . I will not be back!!!!

  I did not have a good experience at this place today. I ordered one small burrito and two regular burritos. After I sat down to eat, I realized I had been charged extra for the regular ones. When I went to ask about it, they told me it was because I ordered premium beef. I asked where that was indicated or why nobody told me there would be an extra charge, and the employee replied that it was shown on the screens. However, when we checked the screens, the one that was supposedly showing that information was turned off. Then they blamed me for not saying anything earlier. In the end, they did not refund my money. I will not be coming back to this location.

  Ordered online and was given a 30 min wait time, waited outside in the car and watched the 2 workers on their phone the whole 30 min. And went to get the food at the exact time and it wasn't done. Food is always good, workers are lazy and disrespectful.

  I ordered a vegetarian burrito on Door Dash with the spiced mercado fries. The fries had more flavour than the burrito! I was surprised at how bland they managed to make it. The rice had literally no flavour, the black beans were flavourless and hard, and the corn was obviously canned. It was baffling to me how just the jalapeños and pickled onions had any taste. It was big though. I’ll give them that.
