  Came in this morning, and the old lady that took my order was very rude and nasty, literally huffing and puffing throughout the whole interaction. I could not imagine working customer service and speaking to someone the way this woman did. When I later opened my food there were long hairs inside my wrap. Really disgusting, will not be back.

  2nd time in 2 days extra food was added onto my order that I was charged for food I did not order. Whatever indian woman is working the second window right now told me that chicken nuggets are part of the big mac meal and charged me extra for chicken nuggets that I did not order. Yesterday I was charged for an extra bottle of water I did not order and wasnt goven chocolate milk with our happy meals. I had to explain her error for 10 minutes as i was getting yelled at by people behind me because of the delay. This almost caused a road rage incident. This same woman has messed up my order multiple times and then tried to gaslight me. I wasn't the lower sackville location drive thru at about 2:10 pm today May 18th.

  Was there Sunday may 10th at 8:45 am. Order from drive thru. The girl on the mic had a very sarcastic tone in her voice. As if my ordering was the problem. My experience returning might be thought over. If you don't like your job move on. Your customers are your bread and butter. Than going to the windows and seeing she is the only one working the mic and coffee area and such, I can now see that this store is out of touch with the values of people. Shame on you McDonald's

  This has to be the absolute worst place I've been too. The service here is absolute garbage. As a doordasher you are basically invisible. They dont look at you or ignore you while your order is sitting on the shelf. You have to insert yourself to have them give you your order. Also so many of them are downright rude. There is one older woman there as well who assumes every woman with a short haircut is a man and just says sir to every one I've seen there which is also absolutely ridiculous.
