  Waited in line for 25 minutes was told they ran out of chicken. Worst KFC in HRM. Will not be returning ever again.

  Very slow service. The drive through was at a 15 minute wait, and inside the restaurant where we were was no better. None of the staff seemed to even care. Then came the food... big crunch sandwich was just that... so crunchy, and so over cooked. The gravy we ordered for the fries was watered down and thin as hell. Not what gravy should be. I haven't been to KFC for years now, and we thought it might be a good change, but we were so wrong. What a waste of our time and $40 of our money.

  Went to the KFC in Lower Sackville tonight. The service was terrible. We waited over 30 min to get our food. There was someone there who ordered before us and still did not get his food by the time we left. Numerous people were coming in because their orders were messed up. People were honking in the drive though because it took forever. The staff was joking about how upset people were getting in the drive through. Because the customer yelled what the hell are you doing in there. You have people melting in their car as you are choking your chicken in there. Then the call rung and it was another person who's order was messed up. We finally got our meal and oh course our order was wrong too. But after waiting so long we just accepted it.

  Too long wait , and they don’t prioritize uber orders , if you cant handle the traffic dont take online orders. And if you willingly taking orders hire more staff , dont put 1000 orders and 3 people in the store. Someone needs to think and talk on this serious overworkload on the workers on these kind of stores. You are creating troubles for delivery drivers ,customers and overload on your workers. This store needs staffing , i hope owner read this and look into it.
