The new "automated" ordering system is not user friendly....watched several seniors take along time to order. No one at the counter offered to help. Cash is located out of sight and difficult to access for non tech people. The design inside is cold and lack luster The only strong point was the food was ok....not good, just ok. Had to ask for utensils and condiments And only one place for garbage. Very very poor design concept

For 4 chicken strips, they are charging same price as whole chicken in the grocery store. Doesn't even include 1 free dip or individual gravy.

Waited in line for 25 minutes was told they ran out of chicken. Worst KFC in HRM. Will not be returning ever again.

Very slow service. The drive through was at a 15 minute wait, and inside the restaurant where we were was no better. None of the staff seemed to even care. Then came the food... big crunch sandwich was just that... so crunchy, and so over cooked. The gravy we ordered for the fries was watered down and thin as hell. Not what gravy should be. I haven't been to KFC for years now, and we thought it might be a good change, but we were so wrong. What a waste of our time and $40 of our money.
