  Do not bother ordering online! 45 minute wait after the scheduled pickup time: He didn't make my sandwiches until after I arrived, which was at the scheduled time, and he had already dealt with those in the queue. Then, after asking me to sit down and telling me that he would make mine right away, he continued to make sandwiches for customers who came in afterwards. My food was more than 45 minutes late as a result. I ordered online precisely to avoid having to wait there for my food. Wrong sandwiches: When we did actually open the sandwiches at home, one of them had been completely missed and another made twice. This waiting to start making the sandwich until I turn up to collect my order has happened twice now, so it is not just a one time event.

  The quantity was surprisingly less, and the quality didn’t feel fresh. The bowl looked half-filled and wasn’t worth the price I paid.

  The Subway app is now a disaster. It is HORRIBLE. SOO MANY FLAWS. WHAT JUNK.

  The fridge was empty and it looked disgusting, they had cheese on top of meat, ingredients looked old and stale. It looked like food poisoning guaranteed.

  My experience today was unfortunately not good. During the afternoon shift, the service was extremely slow, with wait times that could reach up to an hour, which is unacceptable. The staff member on duty seemed very very slow and lacked efficiency, which significantly impacted the overall experience. It seems additional training or better support during busy hours is needed to improve service quality. I hope management takes this into consideration, as the location itself is good but the service clearly needs improvement.
