- TVTrang VuAug 1, 20261.0Today was my first visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I came in around 8:20 PM. Because the restaurant was noisy, I mistakenly thought the female employee serving the food was calling my order twice. Both times, I only reminded her that my order was for takeout. As soon as I realized the food wasn’t mine, I immediately apologized and never touched any of the meals. What truly disappointed me was her behavior afterward. While I was still waiting for my order, she laughed and joked about me with her coworkers. Even after I received my food and stepped outside the restaurant, I could still see her making fun of the situation with them. I understand that misunderstandings happen, especially in a busy restaurant. However, making a customer the subject of jokes while they are still there is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This was my first visit, and it left a terrible impression. I hope the management addresses this issue and reminds their staff to treat every customer with respect.
