  Been going here with our kids now grandkids for 40 plus years . Never can they seem to get it right order on the app it’s in print always something missing or wrong ordered Mcdelivery and was missing one whole meal for there breakfast buy 4 meal deal . Complain to there delivery said it’s being escalated to who is what I ask refund that meal . Today same thing order on the app pick up 2 sandwiches wrong had to go back through the drivvethru and explain so how many years will it take to get this right A&W now on the block Starbucks across the street but they don’t seem to care . Great sponsoring the community but needs to concentrate on good staff that seem to care . If they get it wrong I want it right I been to Mumford Rd McDs never had a mistake it’s a lot farther in out of the way for breakfast but maybe they can help you train

  Worst mcdonalds drive thru ever. Lady on the first window was rude. Worst customer service tried to correct something on the order she didn’t say anything if she corrected it or not. Just closed the window on our face

  Very slow service, over cooked food, the coffee was warm not hot when I finally got my order and they put sugar when I specified artificial sweetener. Be more careful and don't mass prepare a bunch of drinks and then take ages to give food. Nobody wants warm coffee or half melted cold drinks. As I said it wasn't yet 8am and the floors hadn't been properly swept and my guess looking at my table and those around me that their cleaning cloth was dirty because everything looked streaked. It wasn't even very busy. Based on at least two others going back to the counter with hit beverages cups.. it loos like a lot of people had poorly prepared or served drinks. Not a great way to start your day.

  Ordered from Uber eats, didn't realize it would be coming all the way from herring cove, and I'm glad to know this is the location I will never visit. I'm a chef and the packaging was absolutely disgusting I am immunocompromised and I will not be able to eat my food. They had open raw food in a bag with containers and packaging, everything else was food safe except for my breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Not only that my breakfast sandwich was completely crushed underneath the other things I had ordered. It is not food safe. They absolutely violated food safety regulations while packing my order. Disgusting
