  Today around 5 PM at the drive-thru, we asked about the new fries promotion because it wasn’t appearing on the menu screen. Unfortunately, the employee taking the order was unhelpful and ignored our questions instead of explaining the options. We also specifically ordered large fries, but were given medium fries instead. Overall, the service felt rushed, inattentive, and disappointing.

  So much waiting time they do not respond quickly to delivery as i waited for more than half hour still they have not started order. Disappointed not going again

  First time in years, that we were there at the Kempt Road location. It has been completely renovated. It was FRESH, CLEAN, with NEW SEATING. MY BLT was hot and delicious.

  Very disappointing decision. I was informed that the small coffee previously offered to Uber Eats delivery drivers has been removed. It may seem like a small cost, but it was a simple gesture that showed appreciation for the drivers who help keep your business running. Removing it says the opposite. Because of this, I will no longer accept orders from this location, and despite being a regular customer, I will also choose not to visit anymore.
