  The lady who took payment said absolutely nothing, not even my total and stuck the debit machine in my face. Worst customer service I ever received. No thank you, no hello, no “here’s your total” . Won’t ever go back to Mumford location because of her

  No complaints food wise, everything's always been hot & "fresh" for me (maybe luck?) That being said, I would recommend avoiding during peak hours, supper, but especially lunch! Around lunch hours, due to the junior high across the road, this place gets packed to the brim at lunch. Not even including the regular seniors or someone like myself. As for drive-thru, it's packed during peak hours too.

  Hey guys, just a quick note for drive-thru — when a customer orders coffee or tea with sugar, please stir it, or if you can’t, just hand them a stir stick. Thanks!

  Tried to go in after a long shift at work and the doors were locked even though I saw customers inside sitting down and eating and other customers ordering. Thanks for nothing.

  It's not good. They forgot my sauce and my fork they were really rude and disrespectful but they can't do their job. I didn't like their attitude in my poutine they have no sauce no cheese nothing it looks like crap. Its just fries 0 out of 10 I don't recommend here.
