  Last Thursday, June 25, my daughter was at Halifax Shopping Centre when she suddenly experienced a severe nosebleed. When this happens, it is intense, and she needed ice immediately. She went to the closest place she could—the KFC/Taco Bell in the food court—to ask for some ice. Instead of offering basic help in an obvious moment of distress, she was told she had to purchase a bottle of water in order to receive ice. Thankfully, she had her credit card with her. What makes this even more troubling is that she was charged $4.78 for that water, simply so she could get ice to manage an emergency. The lack of compassion shown in that moment is deeply unsettling. I have been a regular customer of this franchise, but after witnessing such exploitation during an emergency, I will be informing my clients and everyone I know to boycott this location. It is shocking to see such ruthlessness—what would have happened if the person in need had no money at all? Would she have been left to suffer? This demeanour does not reflect the Canada I know, nor the values Canadians stand for. It is shameful, and I will make sure this merciless act is brought to light.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I go to the KFC at the Halifax Shopping Centre almost every week, and the service is always amazing. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and make every visit a great experience. Catherine, Arshdeep, and Manpreet deserve a special shoutout. They’re always professional, kind, and make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s clear they really care about customer service and creating a positive atmosphere. Dinusha, the owner, is also a fantastic guy — always cheerful and great to chat with. You can tell he’s built a strong team that takes pride in what they do. Every time I stop in, the service is fast, the place is clean, and the staff make you feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to see such consistently great service week after week. Highly recommend this location!

  i think they managed to somehow get every single thing in the order wrong. if you speak english i wouldnt recommend coming here 😭

  Looks like they have there own formula for the chicken tenders some thing you would expect for a 7-11 not KFC. Over cooked and dry. The seasoning does not taste like other locations I would avoid.

  Gave me 5 thumb size of flat wings not even a single drumlets, fries are soggy. This doesn’t worth 11 bucks at all
