  Food is obviously good (it’s fast food) service and atmosphere is freaking spectacular! I love the team that worked at 19:50 and I asked the girls name (Yoni) and she’s so kind and nice and professional! Her coworkers also and much respect to them all. -Quinpool district customer

  I just ordered right now, today...the 9pcs chicken with fries and gravy for my kids as Im at work and since it's Canada day atleast i can treat them somehow...YOU'RE GIVING THE SMALLEST PCS AS U CAN TO THOSE WHO ORDERED THRU DELIVERY SINCE WE CANNOT COMPLAIN IN PERSON?!? I paid a lot but the quality is like half of what I paid for. Need refund eh!!

  I am very disappointed with my order. I paid $15 for the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, but the quality was very poor. Several items listed in the menu description of the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich were missing from the order. In addition, I ordered regular Pepsi bottles, but I received two cans of Diet Pepsi instead. I contacted the restaurant about these issues, but they referred me to DoorDash rather than resolving the problem. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and did not match what I ordered or paid for.

  Visited this KFC around 1 a.m. and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered ahead on my phone, but when I arrived, I was told they were out of chicken and it would take 25–30 minutes. They offered tenders instead, but I said I did not want tenders and asked for a refund. Suddenly, after I asked for the refund, they said my chicken was actually available and gave it to me. That was honestly frustrating because if the order was available, I don’t understand why I was first told it wasn’t. I also asked for the washroom key and was told the washroom was closed, even though the washroom was right there inside the restaurant. The whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. Late-night customers still deserve proper service.
