  Had an amazing experience there today.Used kfc app and ordered from titus street near me Got there it was closed could not cancel via app the order and the phone line went dead(not suprising ) Went to halifax shopping mall kfc quick to dismiss me and said me to quinpool Immediately they honored by order and even gave me the option of full refund or the food I will not be going back to titus or halifax shopping mall kfc but rather drive over to quinpool and get this service And their kfc even had sitting and was very clean Full 5 stars to quinpool KFC!

  Very disappointing experience at the Quinpool KFC in Halifax. I placed an order through the KFC app and came to the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived, the staff told me that they didn’t have the system available to take or process the order. They said they would send an email to cancel the order, but I was unable to cancel it myself through the app. It’s extremely frustrating to place an order, travel to the restaurant, and then be told that they cannot process it. There was no proper solution provided at the restaurant, and I was left dealing with the cancellation issue myself. If the restaurant’s system is not working, the app should not allow customers to place orders in the first place. Very poor customer service and a waste of my time. I hope KFC improves the communication between its app and individual locations.

  July 18th, we just came out of the odyssey and we wanted a place to eat, so we came here and we regretted every second we spent here. The service is terrible, the customer service is terrible, her attitude is terrible. Will never visit again.

  Hopefully they food will be fine when I eventually get it, until then there is loud obnoxious music playing from the kitchen, with someone randomly screaming very loud, also from the kitchen, every minute or so, the few times I’ve seen the staff they’ve glared at me and overall wish I had just gone to the McDonalds next door. Edit - They did give me a poutine I didn’t order or pay for though, so 🤷‍♀️
