  This review is for titus street KFC Service has always been poor and slow but today they actually closed and did not update on the app so still taking orders Sadly central KFC is not contactable They should close this branch

  Ordered zinger burger combo from this place, Firstly, the atmosphere is too bad as soon as you enter in the restaurant, you can’t stand inside for too long due to high heat or humidity, Secondly, I ordered on the order machine and when I waited around 15-20 and my food was not ready then I went to cashier to ask whether my food is ready or not!! And in the answer she replied we didn’t receive your food like seriously, how stupid !! Nd then I showed them all the proofs of the payment, it’s machine error may be they said !! Thirdly, I received crunch combo instead of zinger burger after that much wait !! Lastly, I also shared pictures, where is the sauce, there is not a single sauce in the burger, nd it’s called big crunch, but it’s not crunchy at all, looks like they gave me the old one, because they didn’t able to find my order. So, that’s such a ridiculous service that I got and I hope nobody will go there as I’m not recommending this restaurant at all !! Please save you money guyss!! Nd if possible olease return my money back, if you can contact me !!!!!! I hope not to give a single star but that was an option!!

  Unbelievable. We walk in at 12:30 and upon entering, the staff says “we aren’t taking anymore orders for tonight”. Why does it list open until 1am on your restaurant page then? My friend got upset and the person behind the counter shot her dirty looks the whole time. Why in the world would you list your restaurant as opened until 1am if I walk in at 12:30 and immediately get told I can’t order? Come on. Place needs to be run more competently otherwise I’ll never be back. They claimed the reason they couldn’t make my food is that it would be 15-20 minutes after I ordered when I got my food which STILL puts them at 12:50, 10 minutes before closing time. I couldn’t believe it.

  Seen a person posted a few days ago the same thing.... i walked in went to the kiosk and before i even pressed anything a staff member told me they were out of chicken. Thanks i guess i had a vary nice meal next door at the Chinese food place. staff with ear buds in and phones in hand in kitchen well preparing orders not sure what they were preparing without chicken .

  I know, it’s KFC not a Michelin rated restaurant. But the hand sanitizer was out and the ice machine was empty so I had to drink warm not-iced tea. To top it off there was no napkin dispenser and they didn’t include any in my take out bag so now I can’t read my phone screen because of all the grease on it from writing this review. I remember when KFC used to give you wet wipes as well as napkins. Severely gone downhill.
