  This store never pick up the phone and it takes forever to prepare the food. I really don’t understand how this customer services can keep the branch open

  Went by with a friend because her order was delivered incorrectly, only to not be able to order for myself because the self serve kiosk wouldn't accept the payment. Just annoying lol I haven't bothered eating at KFC in years and won't bother again

  I post this review in hopes that the person in charge of this store sees this. Today, on 12 June 2026 at around 6:30pm i placed an order and received only a burger and a small order of wings from the $80 order that i paid for. This has happened to me about 4 times now everytime i order from this specific store either on their website or on uber, half the order is missing. 4 time in my experience I had to drive back 25 kilmoeters after already having paid a premium for delivery. Just for the staff to give me attitude. Now i know the devil is in the details and the staff is always frantic and on the front door waiting everytime I call them telling them im coming down and they need to sort the order or i would like them to get the manager over. Now its a reach but all im gonna say if you’re reading this manager of the store, you need to look into the staff because someone stealing

  I ordered 4pcs chicken n they provided 4 pcs tender. I came home n saw my order. Don't trust the employees n check your order before leaving the store. Just disappointed

  the owner of this franchise is astonishingly bad at his job. idk how he’s even allowed to own a franchise given his level of incompetence. i’d like the owner to contact me to discuss his failures.
