- VSVriska SerketJun 4, 20262.0Just about the worst pick for a burger in downtown. You would think the outrageous prices would get you real cheese on a cheeseburger, but kraft slices it is. The hotdogs are little better, but they're sliced lengthwise to cook on a flat grill, which is just about the least appetising way to cook a hotdog; I'd rather a gas station roller dog. Burgers and hotdogs alike are immediately entombed in a foil wrapper as soon as they come off the line, guaranteeing they turn into a soggy mess by the time you sit down to eat. The oversized portions of fries are perhaps the only redeeming part of the meagre menu, but they're painfully salty half the time I visit. Good news if you have the salinity tolerance of a flamingo, I guess. To add insult to injury, this location has been putting up signs for a new milkshake flavour everywhere, in spite of the fact that the milkshake machine has been broken for the past two weeks. Management seems duly incompetent and I've heard nothing favourable from employees, current and former. Passable if you're looking for a snack and have money to waste, maybe, but if you're looking for a real meal or to treat family or friends: You're better off just heading another block down Argyle Street.
