  I loved this place, the kitchen was clean and the team members as well. With their uniform and cap, very friendly. It's the place to have a nice hamburger, not like a common fast-food, the price is good for the type of Burger (double) and the friend, WoW! Amazing, definitely I will going to return

  The atmosphere!!! Let me start there. My husband and I stopped in for a drink and snack. There was a man working behind the counter who was from another location and seemed to be in a supervisor position. Listening to him speak to his employees while they were all working was a great experience. He was so kind and friendly to them. It made the whole time we were there a positive experience. I do recognize him from. The Bayer's Lake location and he's the same there. Staff are all friendly here, working hard and make food that looks like the pictures. Great job everyone. I love this place! The supervisors name is Billy, I had to ask him. High five! A lot of places could learn from you!!

  My family is not from here and loves five guys and it's a must go to when we are here. We pull up to the location and they tell everyone in the huge line (including us) that they "ran out of food and have no one working." It is a saturday night, how do you have no food and no staff! extremely disappointing and sad to say it's not the first time they pulled this stunt.

  Tried to go here before the thunderbirds game on Saturday. Rolled in at 5:45pm says they are open till 10 pm. The crew said they were shutting down for the night and not taking orders. Didn’t give a reason why. Overhead they got slammed but they were still cooking burgers and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I understand if they get overwhelmed or run out food but it didn’t make sense to me. Just seemed like they didn’t want to take any more orders. For a location downtown close to an event centre I would have expected them to be a little more prepared.

  Overall, just disappointed, not even in the staff everything was great, food It was great It’s the fact that they only have three of them on a night shift. Whoever is doing the hiring here either corporate or the managers need to step up. This is completely unacceptable for an employer to do to staff. I have noticed that decrease in staff over the last couple weeks #BoyCotFiveGuys.
