Unfortunately terrible food. Overcooked, over salty. We had high hopes but... We ordered 3 entrees from dinner menu and 1 children meal. The children's meal was OK, adult entrees were terrible. The service was good, the restaurant has a pleasant set up. Sadly will not eat there again. I hate giving reviews like this, I waited a while deciding to even bother, but needed to say it, it's sort of bad fast food quality of Italian cuisine.

My two friends and I decided to go to East Side Mario’s for supper tonight, and we were quite disappointed. Granted, we went Sunday night when it was quite busy, so perhaps this tied into our experience. We all ordered the main meals that come with unlimited bread and salad. However, after waiting awhile for the bread and only receiving one loaf , we asked politely for more bread, since it was three of us and we were quite hungry. Our server rudely told us that it was only one per table and we had to finish our bread first before we could have another, like we were children. Never have we been told this, especially when it’s such a small loaf and we finished it literally one minute later. I understand if it’s a new policy, but the way we were reprimanded for even asking made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We felt like we were also rushed out and couldn’t even finish our meals, even though the restaurant had emptied out with a couple hours before closing. We all love east side Mario’s, but felt uncomfortable with this low level of service.

I went there because i felt for pasta. We go there and a lot of things come with free bread or salad. I'm chewing my salad and chewing and im like what is going on and spit it in my hand and it's cardboard....pieces of cardboard. I was so disgusted and told the waitress to which she didn't say sorry, she told another waitress who came over and asked me if i wanted a NEW ONE....like no it's so unhygienic and nasty already why would I want more carboard salad. Couldnt eat my food took it to go and threw it out. Here's the kicker they did not even offer a discount.....nobody came over to discuss it. Horrible. A year ago i went to dennys ordered something and they got it wrong...i said nothing and they replaced the entire meal free. East side Mario's could learn from them. Also pizza hut, one time their pasta was too cold and i said nothing, the guy just noticed i wasnt eating and asked why, i said its fine but its a bit frozen ill take it home and finish it, HE STILL offered a discount. East side Mario's....you're a joke with the type of service you're giving.

Brandon was so knowledgeable with dietary restrictions! I looked at the menu guide before going and he was able to confirm all of our choices on the spot. They accommodated a variety of combined allergies; celiac, dairy, soy, egg, shellfish and peanut free. We had a great time!

We had an amazing experience with our server Ally, I brought my daughter in for a late night meal after some shopping in Bayers Lake. She was warm, kind, charismatic and my daughter (age 8) keeps asking when we can go back! The food was good but the service was even better and made for a memorable moment. Thank you Ally, we can’t wait to return and request you as our server ☺️
