  I've gone twice several months apart. Both times, there was a horrible smell. The second time, they didn't mix my blizzard properly such that it had a giant glob of chocolate at the bottom which did not taste good.

  Routinely, I order the strawberry angel food cake blizzard and they punch in strawberry cheesecake instead and get confused when I try to correct them. They never remember to give a lid and the ice cream gets melted in the rain. The place also smells terrible, like burning waffles and mouldy cheese. The ice cream is good but the service and the atmosphere are really substandard.

  The chicken looks pathetically small, though that's probably a franchise issue, and it's sadly a decent price nowadays for a chicken meal. The fries are fresh and firm, but both the chicken and the fries have an overwhelming smoky aftertaste. The person who served me was nice, and there wasn't many people there so I got my meal fast. The aroma of burnt grease is concerning, like you can smell it outside and it makes it impossible to eat in, I feel like a scent sensitive person would die if they even approached the building. Combined with the smoky food it makes me think they don't change the deep frier oil nearly enough, so keep that in mind if you order here.

  I hope manager can train their employees how to treat customers. On Sunday April 5th around 6pm I ordered two blazers. The lady didnt ask what size of blazer I want, she just ordered the medium one for me. And when I asked her, she said cause you didn’t say any size. I believe it’s your responsibility to ask customers and please don’t make any excuse When you make a mistake, don’t shift the blame onto others. It makes you look unprofessional, uneducated, and disrespectful.
