  Ours has been out of macaroni salad for weeks. Pieces of chicken are small. Very greasy. VERY expensive. The other chicken products like popcorn chicken, tenders, and chicken burgers are still ok. Apparently the cone of sides right now are down to coleslaw,gravy and fries, that's it.

  Placed an order online. Went to pick it up, and they didn't even start the order a while after I got there. When I got home, they missed sauces and other items. Can't even execute simple tasks. Incompetent, lazy staff. Do not recommend.

  This wasn't the first time I've gone to this location, but it wasn't any better. I rolled through the drive through and asked the responding worker if I could have a minute to look at the menu. "Pfff... Uhh, I guess". Terrible start and I almost drove away, and looking back I should have. The rest of the interaction was unremarkable besides the server missing questions meant for the order portion, with relevance to sandwich preparation. Again, all this is forgivable with gracious workers, people forgive honest mistakes, but it's harder to keep an open mind with the way the interaction started. This interaction definitely makes me wonder about interactions with the older population who may not have retained all their faculties through age. The meal was the deluxe chicken sandwich combo and the CO2/syrup mixture was off with the drink, the sandwich was leaking grease and the fries were inedible due to over salting. At this price point, this is wholly unacceptable. This meal was over $17. This isn't a KFC issue, this is a this location issue. I've frequented the Dutch Village location during Uni and it was fine, if not outright good, same with the Shubenacadie location. If I were the owner, I'd be upset with the managerial staff allowing this to happen. There's better fried chicken in Greenwood until this location steps up their game.

  Pretty much decent place to hangout, store needs more lighting and some music too like the other franchises store does.
