    I don't mind paying the price for the chicken strip and fries basket but when I get home and open it up I have my 6 strips and 27 fries... what a rip off. I think dairy queen better rethink their helping on the chicken strip basket. I also asked for 6 ketchup but I received 1. I will be telling my family and friends about this. Oh and they didn't give me a receipt. What's up with that!!!!!! Not happy at all.

    Most of the time I go here I get service from Kath and unfortunately it’s always negative. Today I visited and she left my fries in the window for nearly ten minutes while taking other orders after me food to them. All I ordered was a small fry and a mini blizzard and my fries were ready pretty fast ☹️ I don’t want her to dislike me

    Normally I go to the Dartmouth Crossing Location, I was in Fall River and decided to order my usual Chicken wraps. First it took like ten minutes waiting at the window, I didn’t complain at the time at all these things can happen. But, I paid $20 for wraps that were like half the size, barely any chicken and lettuce and cheese. You could tell they cheated and skimped out on ingredients. That’s lousy business. I will not be coming back to this location.

    The staff was excellent. Very friendly. And they let us know that instead of fries for the kids, we could substitute a banana.
