    This location is really good at ensuring your order is right, ive been here multiple times and i can tell that they hate making mistakes ! They take everyone into consideration and ive never seen this kind of team work before ! Thank you for taking care of our food and us Subway Elmsdale !

    I recently had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. While placing our order, I felt that one of the staff members made fun of us and shared a laugh with another employee after turning away from us. Whether intentional or not, it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as customers. A workplace should be respectful and inclusive to everyone. Diversity and treating customers with courtesy are very important, regardless of their background. I hope management addresses this and ensures all customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

    Stopped at this subway for lunch. Very friendly employees and a clear work space. Our family of four enjoyed lunch. The mini cookies were a highlight for all of us.

    Very unprofessional young girl passed my food through the drive thru and I was concentrating on not ripping the bag the food was in and next I hear her saying ‘ your welcome ‘ I look up at her and she’s rolling her eyes and shaking her head, as if I didn’t say thank you for the food, I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru for the food and I kept looking in the window at 3 people working and talking about everything but making subs, she knew I was looking at them and then to be that rude at the window was appalling, I am 3x her age and didn’t expect to be treated like this, it’s hard these days to find good help especially the r generation out there now. Be better to each other. No one is better than the other.
