- SASanjay Adhikari4 days ago5.0I had an excellent experience at Thai Express at Mic Mac Mall. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made sure everything was perfect and that I had a great experience. The overall service, food quality, and atmosphere were amazing. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for tasty Thai food and excellent customer service. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

- RCRaj ChauhanSep 29, 20261.0I wanted to add tofu to my stir-fry order, but there was no one who picked up the call at the restaurant. The order arrived after an hour eventually, and it didn’t taste good.
- DDDhruvSep 26, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Thai Express. I came in around 6:30 PM, and the employee serving me was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude. He clearly did not know how to speak to customers respectfully, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the food was far too spicy and not enjoyable at all. I understand Thai food can be spicy, but this was excessive and there was no pleasant balance of flavour. The customer service was honestly the biggest issue. Being treated rudely when you’re simply trying to order food is unacceptable. I expected much better from Thai Express and definitely won’t be rushing back.
