    Me and my sister had dinner from Swiss Chalet today and it was a wonderful experience and our Server was Supreet, a very pleasant and welcoming girl. She provided us with a great customer service!!! Highly recommend 🙌🏻❤️

    Very disappointing experience at Swiss Chalet on Main Street. The service was extremely slow—we waited a long time for a table, drinks, and food. When my meal arrived, I didn’t even have a fork or knife, and no one checked on us for quite a while. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Plate with rotisserie chicken, but the chicken smelled unpleasant and was extremely dry. I was embarrassed because I was with friends, so I tried to eat some anyway. I later called the restaurant more than four times asking to speak with a manager and left my contact information, but no one ever called me back. Unfortunately, the service and food quality were very disappointing. I won’t be returning.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet today, thanks to our amazing server, Nav! I usually order from Harvey’s since both restaurants operate from the same location, but Nav took the time to walk me through the Swiss Chalet menu and helped me explore something different. Even when I changed my order at the very last moment, she handled it with a smile and made the whole experience effortless. Her patience, friendliness, and excellent customer service really stood out. The food was great, but Nav’s hospitality made the visit even better. Thank you, Nav! Definitely looking forward to coming back! 🙌

    The chicken was excellent compared to what I'm used to at Swiss Chalet. Perhaps the best I've ever had here. Maybe because I came in well before lunch time. The ribs were well cooked, but the rib sauce, which I usually love, didn't seem as good. I hope they didn't change the recipe. Service was friendly, but a little inattentive. I had to ask for a refill, which is normal, but it's always more enjoyable when the refills magically appear at your table. The bigger issue was that the refill I got was diet pepsi instead of regular pepsi. The biggest issue is that I ordered the deal of the day but was charged full normal price for it. I unfortunately didn't catch this until after I paid and tipped. The atmosphere was strong, visually, as normal. However, the loud pop music playing clashed a bit. The atmosphere could be enhanced further by more of a cozy warmth and a hint of wood smoke or bbq smoke in the air, especially as we're getting into cool fall weather.

    We recently visited the Swiss Chalet in Dartmouth and had a wonderful experience while enjoying their 2 Can Dine meals. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome from the hostess, Courtney. She was very pleasant and welcoming, and we were seated quickly without having to wait. We were provided with menus right away, which was a great start to our visit. Our server, Prahb, was excellent. They were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and what really stood out to us was how helpful they were when it came to the Gluten-Free menu options. Prahb took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our choices, and make sure we understood what options were available to us. We really appreciated the patience and attention to detail. The 2 Can Dine meals were a great choice, and our food was enjoyable and served in a timely manner. It was also nice to have a server who was attentive without being overwhelming, checking in with us and making sure everything was okay throughout our meal. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at the Swiss Chalet on Main Street. The entire visit felt friendly and welcoming, from the moment we arrived until we left. Courtney and Prahb both provided excellent customer service, and we really appreciated how comfortable and well taken care of we felt.
