There were 2 delivery drivers waiting and one girl preparing their orders . She saw us but gave no acknowledgment at all and the three were carrying on in conversation and laughing in their own language and kept just looking over at us . Is this an acceptable mannerism ?? Very unprofessional and rude . We won’t be returning to this location .

The service was disappointing—no friendliness, no smile, and not even a simple “thank you.” The interaction felt unwelcoming, even a bit dismissive at times. On top of that, my sub was poorly made, with about two inches on each end missing meat, which made it feel like I got much less than what I paid for. To make matters worse, the drink tasted off and unpleasant. Overall, not a great experience.

We ordered and they were very helpful, when we made a comment about the heat they said they were hoping it would be fixed soon but said it’s been broken since December. I don’t even see how that temperature can be sanitary for food that’s there. It’s definitely not an acceptable temperature to expect staff to work in all shift long.
