“Had a great meal at Montana’s! The food was excellent, and our server Allie made the whole experience even better — she was super energetic, like a bullet train, and just a lovely soul. On her recommendation, we tried the fajitas — first time trying them, and wow, they did not disappoint! Allie was fantastic and gave us great recommendations that really made our meal. Will definitely be back!”

Our server was Gracie. It’s so hard to find good service nowadays, but she is what a server should be! From her bubbly personality, to her gleaming friendly smile, and her genuine care for our table, she had amazing people skills. I actually told her while we were paying that she’s a really good waitress. She was very thankful and I hope that made her day. She did a great job!

Been a while since I treated myself to a nice BBQ dinner and have enjoyed Montanas in the past. Ordered their pit boss meal with an extra meat and the 4 cheese spinich dip with extra pita. For $100, I expected a nice meal and some left overs.
So disappointed, the portions were pathetic for the cost. The dip was over cooked to the point it was hard and they didn’t include the extra pita. They didn’t include the brisket I ordered, the burnt ends were soggy. Ribs were OK, only saving grace was the wings .
When I told them about the issue, their solution was a $5.00 credit on a future order… like I will ever order from them again. With all the BBQ places in HRM these days, they need to do better! Well better for other customers cause I won’t be giving them any more money.

Absolutely love the experience here. The menu is out of the world. We absolutely loved the KAPAW shrimps. They are full of flavor and really good. All other food was yum too. Servers are great. Good customer service. Kids meals are great too. We keep coming here for more. Highly recommended

Very disappointing experience at Montana’s.
The server was extremely rude and rushed us throughout our visit. According to the posted operating hours, the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, so customers should reasonably expect service until that time. However, at around 9:28 PM, the server began pressuring us to place our final order, creating an unnecessary sense of urgency.
We understand that restaurant staff and kitchen employees have schedules and want to finish their shifts on time. However, the way this situation was handled created stress and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing Saturday night.
If there are separate kitchen closing hours or last-call times, the business should communicate them clearly to customers rather than making guests feel unwelcome before the advertised closing time.
To make matters worse, our bill was over $170, yet the service experience was one of the worst we’ve had. Unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.
