  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The service was extremely slow, and my order took much longer than expected. Staff seemed to be moving around the kitchen without much urgency, while customers were waiting for long periods of time. When I finally received my order, the quality was not great and did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and inefficient. I hope management improves both service speed and food quality in the future.

  I thought i've been to a "slow mcdonalds" before. This is a whole new level of slow. Waited nearly 20 minutes for my simple order, while there were only maybe 3 or 4 other people waiting, who were also complaining. One person even stormed out, yelling about how bad the wait was.

  went there at 12am ordered a mc double meal regulare with an extra mc double realizied they gave me large fries that i did not order and the mc doubles were dry and very un apetizing i did not finish the first tried the second no better i do go to Mcdonalds in sprifield can say never had that issue so i will not be returning as this isnt the first time but i will say between noon and 6 never had an issue

  Went in few days ago and I ordered a Quarter Pounder and a large Iced tea, I essentially got charged for a meal instead of just the sandwich and drink. Initially I very nicely approached the first worker I seen ( A young lady with black and brown hair and Green Colored eyes ) and asked how this could be fixed ( I am a very anxious person so usual I wouldn’t say anything but from $8 to almost $14 When I really didn’t want the French Fries was quite wild for me ) She was very understanding and super sweet and very accommodating to what I needed, Apologizing ( Even though she wasn’t the one who made the mistake) Did not make me feel wrong for it as some do, She Called over what I believed to be her manager and then they gave me the difference back on my order. While I waited for my order she conversated with me We shared a few laughs and then Once it was ready she got it bagged and handed it off to me, I expressed my thanks and appreciation for her positive attitude and absolute amazing customer service skills. She said “ You are so welcome hun, and Hearing that means a lot to me, I hope you have an amazing night” . If it weren’t for this young lady working that night I truly don’t feel it could have been handled as well as a lot of the other employees in this restaurant seem to always have A negative attitude towards their customers. I should have asked her name but whoever she is needs to be uplifted and recognized for the amazing work that She is putting into providing the Amazing standard we as customers expect!!!

  If I could give a zero, I would. The little girls who were working on the night of May 2nd, going into May 3rd at 12:30, were seriously disrespectful. I asked for a cup of water because I forgot to ask for it at the speaker, the manager and the little girl at the window looked at her manager and said "no. We have a line up. You have to go back around because were busy". News flash, you work at a fast food place. Of course its going to be busy and you'll have a line up. Anyways it was just a cup of water and she could've charged me $0.10 for the cup, I didn't know we were depriving people of free water now lol. Anyways, do better as a manager and next time say "sure, not a problem" now that would've been good customer service.
