    We just went to the drive thru and ordered 2 large fries as we always get from different McDonald's everyday. After paying, the Supervisor held us up because according to her, our payment didn't get thru their system. We checked our card and showed her that the payment went thru. She held us up as she wants a receipt from the app which we have not explored doing yet. So we let her do the pressing on the app which took her a while then requested us to go inside which we agreed to. I went inside and she was at the drive thru, didn't even talk to me. Another supervisor attended my concern and showed her the deductions from my online wallet and bank app. She checked the date and time and acknowledged the payment. But she said that it wasn't in their system yet. She was preparing the 2 fries already but no one apologized and felt like they will just shove off the fries to me, so I just said that I will not take the fries and thanked them anyway. I don't want to argue for $12 and hold other customers up. We ended up ordering to another McDonalds and got my kids fries in less than 3mins.

    I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s around 12:39 AM. I was driving a large vehicle that couldn’t fit in the drive-thru, so I parked and went inside to order at the self-service kiosk. The staff member was rude and not helpful. Instead of helping me, they made me feel unwelcome. I understand that working late at night can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with respect. I hope the management looks into this and improves the customer service during overnight hours.

    I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s around 12:30 AM. I was driving a larger vehicle that couldn’t fit through the drive-thru due to the height clearance, so I parked and went inside to order using the self-serve screen. Unfortunately, the staff member I encountered was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting or showing basic courtesy, they made the situation feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand late-night shifts can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with respect. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses customer service, especially during overnight hours.

    Every time I come here, I encounter a girl with an attitude. I ordered a junior chicken meal got my order and it was a junior chicken. I went back and nicely stated I was missing fries. The worker then said you didn’t order them. I said yeah did, can I get them, she then AGAIN ARGUED WITH ME, to the point another more reasonable staff member came over and told her to just give me the fries , and apologized. I then heard the girl talking about me to her co workers No grasp on how to provide customer service at all. feels like I’m encountering a group of high school bullies sometimes when I walks in

    I had a very disappointing experience with one of the employees (a young woman with a tattoo on her hand). This is the second time I have encountered the same attitude from her. She was very rude, appeared frustrated throughout the interaction, and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her simply by being a customer. Good customer service should be respectful and welcoming. Unfortunately, her behavior was quite the opposite and left a negative impression. I believe additional customer service training would be beneficial. I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable after the interaction.
