Came here Friday night, I wanted to treat the folks to dinner, I ordered the 18pc chicken, and two zinger burger combos, ended up only getting one gravy, and a large and small fry, when I asked about my other sides, the kid that was working argued with me that with those items that was all I was supposed to get, witch I knew wasn't true, after some back and forth, I didn't get my sides, got home, only to find out I was charged $92.80 for the 18pc

Ordered a chicken burger The guy who cooked it, took it out of deep fryer and proceeded to clean the grease off with a cardboard box that was opened up and placed near the fryer, the same box that is used to transport product from a tractor trailer which was stored in a warehouse that would have rodent urine and feces contamination as well as other types. This is unsanitary and against food safety protocol, taking short cuts that can cause serious illness is just insane. What are you going to do about this. 730 pm Sunday Sept 13

The service, atmosphere, and food was nothing special. We ordered a 10 piece meal. It was overcooked (or recooked) and I believe the the thighs were cut in half to make extra pieces (I can't verify this but smallest chicken thighs I ever saw). There was very little staff interaction. The washroom on site was closed... there didn't seem to be anyone else in the store so not sure if someone was in it or it was locked.
