  I visited there today, it was very busy and there was limited staff but still got my food hot and fresh.

  I’m not usually one to complain, But… I arrived at this kfc at 7:50 pm and they claimed they were closed when all the lights and displays were on… Supposed to be open til 9…

  Stopped serving gravy at 7pm when it closes at 9pm. Get to work and make a new batch. Prepare for a 20-30 minute wait if you try to eat here The owner of this KFC does not care what's so ever

  AVOID THIS KFC/TACO BELL LOCATION !!! Worst customer service!!! I normally don’t even leave reviews and such but I had to for this location since this is, by far, the worst KFC location I’ve ever been! Starting off strong with customer service. I’d let the no “hi”, “hello”, or even a simple, polite greeting slide, but the fact that the way they talk to customers is simply a NO. Due to this being in a busy mall, food court location, you’d expect them to slightly raise their voice right? But no. They had a frown while speaking in the lowest voice ever that I had to say “Pardon” “Can you repeat that?” “Excuse me?” countless times. They also handed my order to the wrong customer which was really irritating considering that I’ve been standing, waiting for my food for the past 15-20 minutes (P.S, not even a sorry or any apologies, just straight-up frowned and handed me the order). Other than that, when I asked for a box and a paper bag to put my order in, he came back with a bag that would barely fit my order! Mind you, he insisted that I said that I wanted exactly that paper bag which is NOT even true as I know what I said and I said it clearly. Food was alright, though almost everything was soggy and even if you use the kiosk, you have to do a follow-up check-in yourself to see if they’re actually preparing your order—which is inconvenient and adds up to the already frustrating experience!!!

  If you stop at this location to eat prepare yourself for a minimum 20 minute wait. Currently I am waiting with 19 people waiting with me and I was just told "we ran out of chicken about 15 minutes more to wait". It is a mall location 1:22pm on a Saturday. Worst location I have ever been too.
