  I went to KFC Taco Bell, and I’m already used to the long queues cuz it’s always like that at that place. but, there was a lady working there who I think is new. I believe she’s Indian and I guess she’s some kind of a supervisor, I am not sure. but she was using her phone while the queue was very long, which made the service really slow. if she’s one of the manager, her position should not make her feel entitled to avoid doing her job while customers are waiting

  I preordered through the mobile app, but when I got there, no one even bothered to check that my order had already been placed. I arrived just 10 minutes after ordering, and still had to wait another 20–25 minutes for no reason. They weren’t even busy, which makes it even more frustrating. This is honestly unacceptable.

  Terrible experience with the lady with blue hair . I don’t even get it how’s she working in customer service with that attitude . She was extremely rude and unprofessional as if I am getting food for free . I ordered regular fries (KFC) not the ones from Taco Bell . Instead of ruining other people’s day she should actually do her job and make right orders . Thanks for half empty fries and worst attitude .

  Very slow and weak service ! Unacceptable! 7 employees for one order! 35+ minutes for a burger! This not a fast food restaurant! This is kids having fun serving clients… very bad image to micmac mall!

  The lady with blue/green hair was extremely rushed and seemed stressed so I was very friendly and kind to her and then when I told her my order was wrong she snapped and said I read you your order and you said it was correct which when she read it to me it was correct but it wasn’t the correct size and she did not say a size. It was not a big deal but she made it into one which was unfortunate and then she took it out on the younger worker there. I understand she seemed stressed and overworked but how she treated my family while there was unacceptable and then to take it out on the younger employee was terrible. I hope she’s not the manager as it seems like a very toxic workplace if she’s in charge.
