  Worst KFC I would have ever visited. Food is tasteless and hard to eat. Staff is least bothered about food quality. I am not sure whether they know the recipe of what they are serving…. I mean even the soft drink does not taste the same

  There is a little wait on the food when there are a lot of orders, but still we get hot and fresh food everytime we go there

  If you ask for a burritos ask to have the meat with in ur wrap, common sense’s a burritos comes with beef never ever had this problem u til being waited on here with people whom don’t even smile we done it but they gave us a take out bag , poor customer service keep walking!! Past this kfc

  I work in this mall and have came here numerous times… I’m not a Karen by any means but it needs to be said . Service is genuinely horrible, they will not smile at you, they will not use manners. Every worker looks so annoyed by any customer and wait times are I N S A N E. They constantly hand out wrong orders. The worker told me she didn’t know what a Crunchwrap supreme was and told me they don’t sell Mountain Dew so when I pointed at the menu she said “ oh sorry” . The workers either do not care or are not trained. The service has gone down hill immensely. I avoid this place on my lunch break now due to the awful service, being ignored as the workers chat outback, and terrible food quality as well.

  **Customer Service Complaint** I would like to file a complaint regarding the customer service I received at KFC Food Court in Micmac Mall at approximately **1:20 p.m.** I chose to place my order using the self-service kiosk instead of ordering at the cashier because the cashier appeared unfriendly. She did not greet customers, smile, or say simple courtesies such as "hello," "please," "thank you," or "have a nice day." It gave the impression that customer service was not a priority. When my order was ready, I politely asked if I could have one large paper bag instead of two smaller bags so I could carry everything more easily. The cashier insisted that two bags were fine, but I explained that I preferred one larger bag. She then made an upset facial expression, which made me feel uncomfortable, as though I had done something wrong by making a simple and reasonable request. I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted a larger paper bag to make carrying my order easier. The interaction left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that staff will be reminded of the importance of treating customers with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Small gestures such as greeting customers, smiling, and responding politely to reasonable requests can make a significant difference in the overall customer experience.
