  Very bad experience at KFC. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The girl taking orders was rude, had no smile, and showed no interest in helping customers. Staff kept ignoring customers and did not listen to anyone's concerns. I placed my order, paid for it, and then had to wait around 35 minutes. After such a long wait, they finally informed me that they had no lettuce available. This is something they should have told customers before taking payment and making us wait. There were already two other customers arguing with the staff about the same lettuce issue, which clearly shows poor management and communication. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving problems and did not care about customer satisfaction. Overall, very poor service, long waiting times, rude behavior, and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location unless they seriously improve their customer service and communication.

  just visited kfc today - i ordered birg crunch box meal and another big chrnch combo for take out - they did not tell is that are out of lettuce when i ordered food . once they prepared food ask that we dis not have lettuce- the boy who told was wearing hedphones - i don’t understand him very well what he was saying. so , just took the food without leetuce -but food was not good also fries have lot of salt. spent more than $33 is not worth it and have to wait almost 45 mins for order . there were other customers who were also upset for not letting customers know about the things that they are out of stock before purchasing.

  Went to kfc/Taco Bell and they were out of lettuce and the wait was long they didn’t give us utensils or napkins for got half the order . It was a disaster!!

  It’s a mall food court, so no surprises there. I ordered on the kiosk, waited 10 minutes for a single twister wrap. Girl comes out with a half wrapped wrap and tells me there’s no lettuce so it’s just chicken, tomato and pepper mayo.

  Wait time is approximately 30 minutes every time you go there. Even After that they make wrong order.
