  Very disappointing experience at KFC. I went through the drive-thru and asked for a Go Bucket, but the staff told me they didn’t carry it. I mentioned that the Go Bucket was clearly available on the KFC app, and the response I received was simply that it was “sold out.” The biggest issue was the rude and dismissive customer service. I tried asking what other options were available, but the employee repeatedly responded that everything was “sold” without making any effort to explain what was actually available or offer alternatives. There was absolutely no willingness to help. I understand that certain menu items can sell out, but there is no excuse for treating customers poorly. If an item is unavailable, staff should communicate politely and help the customer choose something else. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. I left feeling like my business was not wanted. KFC needs to seriously improve both its communication and customer service.

  Just put in an order for $110.00. Got a call saying they have no coleslaw.. Picked macaroni salad.. Got another call from the "woman" from kfc telling me they have no macaroni salad either, would I like to pick something else.. With an order of that size, I get 5 sides.. I already have 2 fries, corn, gravy. I asked if they could send onion rings in place of everything they don't have.. And not just a polite "no".. I had the rudest person, who should never be working in a customer service roll, tell me I can cancel my order if I didn't like it.. ( so what are my options?. 4 large gravy?).. Talk about your downselling!.. I have lived here for 54 years, and always went to this kfc.. But I guarantee you, I will never go again!

  Waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru. Gave us attitude like we were an inconvenience to them for placing an order.

  DO NOT EAT HERE,(foodpoisoning)Service took forever in the drive through and then once I Got home ate my food ended up getting food poisoning from this place, genuinely disgusted, worst fast food experience I’ve ever had
