  We placed an order for popcorn chicken poutine and were told they’re limited to the amount of food they serve. Time is 9pm and they close at 1am. Bad customer service.

  I went to KFC on Tacoma drive after work yesterday and asked for help to order one of the bucket deals online..I am not that good with online purchases..the young girl asked someone out back to help me..I believe he was a manager..he basically looked at me like I was stupid and showed he did not want to help me and he didn't..I walked out very upset..I have been in customer service for over 30 years and never would have made my customer feel bad about ordering food online... very disappointed 😞

  Most of the time, I hung around Tacoma to pass some time before heading back to work. I saw the Crave and Save deal advertised, I went in to ask if it's still happening ( Thankfully it is ) The Cashier is very nice, respectful and polite. Ordering the deal for $5 including tax is a sweet deal if you're not feeling like eating a big meal. And you could almost compare the price to paying for a refridgerated sandwich from a gas station ( around $4-7 depending on which ) Overall the spot is modestly quiet, little chatter here and there. So far so good, Thank you and Do your best!
