  I looked at the timings on google and it said open till 1AM. Reached kfc at 12 and the ai at drive through said we’re closed even though they were open. Said hello a few times and then the worker was like whats up no greeting nothing and then at the window she was acting like I did a crime by ordering late at night. I understand this work can be hectic but basic customer service should always be there.

  Good food, nice staff, but terrible policies. Almost pissed myself because I wanted to use the bathroom then purchase my food, just like you can literally anywhere else. But apparently it's against company policy. I'm sure if I was a old person who couldn't hold it or a pregnant lady there would have been an exception. Not for a regular Joe though sadly.

  The fried chicken here has been the best out of the all the other locations I have been to and I have been to a lot. We were served by Brianna and she was amazing. Thank you for the good food, clean eating area, and wonderful music.

  Placed order for pickup using kfc app usually I order at cole harbour location and everyone knows me there. But for today I tried this location. When I arrived my order was not ready I came at given time. That's not the problem the problem is they made me wait additional 25-30 mins to prepare a sandwich combo. They knew i was waiting and my order did came before others and they should have prioritised my order first but no they were busy making other and ignored that my order needs to be prepared. No greetings either the staff need to be trained

  ​I'm giving Tacoma KFC 5 stars because an error with both my husband's and my order was completely rectified when we returned to the store. We couldn't go back the night it happened because we live too far away, so I called to explain what was wrong and made sure they noted my complaint. ​When we returned a week later, we spoke with Alex. Alex was extremely professional, kind, and understanding as he listened to our situation. He checked the complaint book, and even though the handwritten notes were hard to read, he looked at my receipt and said, 'I'm just going to replace both of the meals you ordered.' ​Alex, thank you for listening to us and resolving the issue hassle-free! The food was great this time around, and your excellent service made this a 5-star experience.
