  One two other people in the building, food took long time. My drink didn’t come so I had to go to counter to ask for it, but had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to talk to me. Drink wasn’t even good… very disappointing.

  Ordered a banana split and a strawberry milkshake, banana split was very empty. we didnt receive much icecream whatsoever. The strawberry milkshake also had a full strawberry leaf in it ( I hope ). NOBODY in this location handeling the food wears gloves. i watched my banana split be made with bare hands as they touched all of my food. Absolutely disgusting and will not be returning, this location should not be up to health standards. Aswell the employees at the drive through were very disrespectful, Not good service at all.

  I went through the trouble of deleting my last post just to make sure I could do this one. I just left your store for the last time. I watched as a staff member decided it was more important to fill a napkin dispenser than come wait on me who had been standing there almost 10 mins. Your staff could care less about your customers, we all decided your own policies for the store from what I can see, you have a sign in the front for mobile app pickup but you wont take the orders yo the customer and you also wont allow people to pick them up through drive thru then exactly what is the advantage of using it. And I'm sorry if you can't read and comprehend what is on the slip when it prints and you have to wait for the customer to get there and have them explain it to you then you should not be in food service. I spent over 25 yrs in the food industry and what i see from the staff you have there would be alot of people looking for work if I was their manager. I will travel to Dartmouth Crossing from now on

  Ordered mobile app, a blizzard as a dipped cone. Took 30 minutes to get my order ready which is absurd for two items. I had to remind them 3 times that I had a mobile order. disappointing usually my go spot for ice cream.

  SHRINKKFLATION has hit dq hard, the flamethrower patties are thinner, the chicken tenders look like chicken nuggets, the cakes are half the size. But the price is higher than ever. Insult to the customer. Another chain i won't be returning to.
