  One staff member is very rude the Name is Matt Hugson in Bridgewater NS. He is always talk to customer very rudely and aggressive behaviour . The KFC food is very delicious , but due to only one employee nobody want to go there not a only me side my friend also noticed that rude behaviour . Please take action on him otherwise , nobody want go there. I love kfc food . Thank you so much

  I went in with my daughter and we got quite a bit of food, it was out in maybe 7 minutes or less and they were both very nice. One was Lily, my daughter’s good friend and another was one whose name I didn’t know but was also very nice, the person had a backwards hat on. Amazing place and will come by again soon, we don’t have a KFC in Lunenburg so they made the drive worth it. :)

  Drive thru attendant couldnt understand English well enough to take our order. No public restrooms.

  Wasn’t impressed today Buy the guy in the drive-in window told us to wait for our meal in the parking lot. He said that he was going to bring it out in three minutes. It was over three minutes. My mom came in, and the guy who took our order, Claimed he never for pretending he never told us to wait for the three minutes in the Parking lot or never claimed that we never took an order. I believe he lied. Grow up and have some integrity!!!!!!

  I walked in…and was immediately met with the greatest customer service of my life. Not only were the two lady’s…I believe their names Lily and Bailey, the most utterly polite beings I’ve ever met. I also had my food out in no less than 10 minutes AND it was fresh. The teen one engaged in light conversation while I waited and the 20 year old soon joined and we had a great time. The what I assume to be manager, Mathew was a pleasant surprise as we go way back and it was overall a 10/10 experience, love y'all!!
