My husband ordered his Angus burger, fries and a drink. I ordered immediately behind him of 4 chicken fingers and fries. Easy enough, right? No chatting about what I want on a burger, just pull the food from the fryers and call it done. I sat and watched my chicken sitting on my tray, getting cold. It took 10 mins for my chicken to make it to the tray. After 10 mins of sitting and getting cold, they moved my chicken under heat lamps, (not fresh anymore). I approached the cashier and asked politely for my money back. She looked at me like I had two heads. I told her it has been 25 minutes since I had placed my order and my husband was finished eating. They said my food was ready, and I told them it didn't matter, as I still wanted my money back. They bagged up my food and gave me my money back in CASH!! I paid with debit, and any time you do a return, the funds should be returned exactly how you paid. I have been working in customer service for over 40 years, and also in the food industry, and refunds go back however it was paid. Do better Harvey's. EDIT: Since posting this review, we have been contacted by phone and an apology was made by the manager. The manager said this should not have ever happened, and they are mailing out some coupons for our frustrations that day. We will return and give them an opportunity to make things right. Surveys are all constructive criticism, and never be taken personally.
