Just picked up a 4 piece with gravy and fries when driving through at the drive thru. This is the first time since they changed the size and breading (2018-19?) that the chicken was the size it used to be and the breading was the way it used to be. Nice golden crisp and not the darkened burnt breading the way it has been up to the start of this year. Thank you thank you thank you. I hope this is the way it is everywhere and if not I’ll have to make more road trips to come through here.

I ordered the Ultimate Bucket for Two, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken had a strong bitter taste and a bad smell, as if it wasn’t fresh. After eating it, both of us became sick. I filed a complaint immediately, but no one has contacted me or followed up, which is very disappointing. I expected much better customer service and food quality. I would not recommend this location unless they improve both their food quality and how they handle customer complaints.
