We stopped here for the first time on our way back to San Francisco to pick up a few items, and it turned out to be a very easy, stress-free shopping experience. The aisles were wide and clearly labeled, the produce section looked fresh and abundant, and everything felt clean and thoughtfully laid out. I was able to find almost everything quickly, which is not always the case in a new store. For the one item I couldn’t locate, I asked a staff member for help, and she immediately stopped what she was doing, walked me directly to it, and was friendly and genuinely helpful the entire time. That kind of customer service makes a difference. The store also has ample parking and is easy to access right off Diablo Avenue, making it a convenient stop if you’re passing through Novato or heading back toward the city. Definitely a location I’d return to.

He was too mad about something in relation to his job and couldnt stop talking about it long enough to check out our basket of maybe 6 items. I had to go back and grab a replacement item because he damaged one item in the process and made a snide comment while I was standing there. I let it slide. When I returned to my wife at the front the store with the replacement item she mentioned that after I walked away he made another comment. All im saying, is that Nugget would never.
