  the worst Mcdonalds in the world. I waited for over 25 minutes to pick up a hamburger I ordered via mobile, but I ended up leaving without receiving it. Even follow-up 2 times, no explain, no apology. This Mcdonlads is not a fast food and it is just a waste.

  20 buck meal didnt include the main food. got the huntrix meal to try it out and i got a box of fries and my mini mcflurry, missing nuggets.

  Horrible service. I arrived with my children today, March 25, 2026. All the employees were laughing at me. We spoke to them, asked for assistance, and they ignored us. I urge the manager to check the security cameras. I arrived with two children around 5:15 pm and no one answered us. Furthermore, the tables were filthy and the floor was disgusting. They must have staff who know about customer service and cleaning because they are a disgusting restaurant, both in terms of service and appearance.

  Very frustrating experience. I told the employee at the counter that I only had cash and couldn’t use the ordering kiosks. She acknowledged it but left me standing there for about 10 minutes without helping me. When I asked again, the slender woman working the counter was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering her just for trying to place an order. It honestly felt like I was being treated as if I was asking for something free instead of simply trying to pay with cash. The manager looked overwhelmed dealing with the drive-thru and the whole place felt completely disorganized. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. Restaurants should provide a full customer experience — and customers paying with cash shouldn’t be ignored.
