- EZEddie ZaldivarDec 30, 20251.0They sent my order to the wrong address. I tried calling to see if I can get it redelivered as I still want the food and they NEVER answer their phones. I called 10 different times. This is ridiculous and a waste of $30 for one sandwich. Now I have to wait 48 hours for a response for a refund that only happened thanks to doordash's great customer service and zero thanks to subways incompetence. I like ordering through company websites so they get more of the money but never again will I use the subway website to order. I will adjust this review if the restaurant makes this right.
