I ordered through the app so quick so easy when I got there My table was ready I recommend do that every time now I was kind of a newbie addict but now I know that's the best thing ever especially if you're in a hurry and if you have children that are fussing order ahead

A big guy with curly hair work at the cash register around 11:15am, he is very rude. He certainly need to learn more how to greet the customers.

Went thru the drive thru on December fourth around 7:00 pm to get some McRib's and the drive thru were packed but I went to the left side and sat there for 15 mins and no one came on the speaker and the right side the ones came after me were getting serve before me I yelled and no one answers. They need to fix that issue cause it is not how to treat customers they should change the headphones on their heads to get the customers in the order they arrive. It is the second time I had to deal with it and last time I spoke to someone in charge and they did not give a crap about it nor wanted to listen they need to be retrain to serve customers
