- RMRUTH MARQUEZOct 20, 20251.0El día jueves 16 de octubre alrededor de las 6:10 de la mañana decidí pasar a Macdonals a comprar un desayuno ,cuándo llegué en la fila del drive-thru había muchos carros en espera ...por lo que decidí entrar al comedor y pedir ahí mi comida pero cuándo llegué a la puerta aún permanecía cerrada ....un empleado me vio y fue a quitar la llave a la puerta pero lo hizo de manera "ruda" pues no tuvo la educación de abrirme la puerta para que yo entrará puesto que ya debería a las 6:00 am estar abierta ...solo quitó la llave y se dio la vuelta ...entré y de la misma manera ruda me dijo "que solo podía ordenar en las pantallas yo sola ...nunca había utilizado ese método así que lo hice y me dirigi a pagar cuando el me vio parada enfrente para pagar siguio con esa misma forma ruda de atenderme....definitivamente jamás volveré a visitar éste lugar ...el nombre del empleado es "WILLI" ...creo que deberíamos ser tratados de una manera más amable..
- ASAmber SierraOct 2, 20251.0I went there and the McDonald’s was close at 5:40 am, I don’t understand why was it close when it opens at 5:00am, so I decided to call and the guy sounded rude told me that it was close because the food wasn’t ready, but I went there 5:40 am! Is very unprofessional to lie about the situation knowing that people love having McDonald’s coffee. People look forward for their coffee, when everyone is on a time crush! I won’t be going there no more! Just don’t go there and skip this location not the first time it has happen! I hope they bring light to this matter. Because being punctual is key to keep your business running.
