Really disappointing experience. I tried to redeem a Monopoly prize and asked three employees for help, but none spoke English. After waiting so long in line, my phone screen timed out and I lost the prize. I spent all that time for nothing — McDonald’s should make the process easier and train staff to help customers better, especially the customers that don't speak Spanish.
