They told me to call the store number and no one’s answering cause I don’t know if it’s more convenient for this store for the customer to pick up the order instead of doing their job. If you can’t fulfill the order, you should’ve cancelled it right away instead of disrespecting other people’s time. This is not the first time this store wasted our time, we have a big order for pick up and they gave our order to someone else so we have to wait again.

Le pregunte a la cajera si tenia cupones y me dijo que si pero que no podia usarlos hasta la siguiente visita. Nunca me habia pasado algo asi y ella me dijo que eran indicaciones del manager que estaba ahi. Le pregunte por mi senior discount y me lo dio pero yo he ido a muchos restaurantes de pollo loco en diferentes ciudades y nunca habia sucedido algo asi 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️. Incluso en otras locaciones me han dado varios cupones y siempre los use desde la primera ves. Revice los cupones y no dicen nada de eso como usalos la siguiente ves. Fue algo que me molesto mucho pues page full price por algo que pude ahorrarme casi 15 dls con el cupon. Ademas de que el ambiente se sentia hostil como si el manager estuviera cuidando todo lo que hacian los empleados. Fui en la noche despues de las 8 . So por esta razon no volvere a este lugar y lo lamento porque me gusta mucho el pollo de ahi pero visitare otras locaciones
