The food lacks seasoning, the chips are rarely available, and the ice machine has been broken for weeks, leaving only warm fountain drinks. The overall operation feels disorganized, and it’s clear the store needs stronger management. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

He had a bad attitude and was rushing me when i was trying to order different items since i was getting food for multiple people. He kept cutting me off when i was trying to order more and had an unpleasant attitude. There were two other people helping with orders and they seemed way more professional than Erick.

- DRDavid R.Jan 6, 20263.0The man helping me who claimed to be a manager, shorted me on the steak portion. I called him on it and he wanted to charge me double for giving me the correct amount!? I challenged him to weigh out the correct amount on a portion scale, but he didn’t want to do it. I worked in food for 15 years (also a general manager) and know you can’t always eye the right amount every time no matter how many hundreds of times you’ve done it.He finally begrudgingly gave me a bit more, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably will follow up with Coporate but this will affect my patronage of this particular location.
