Staff member Carlos was staying courteous and patient through out his tasks. He communicated to myself with a greeting as well as a courtesy touch base as I waited to be helped. (Other guy was a little particular) none the less, Carlos was friendly, respectful and simply doing his job without being rude and without attitude. Thanks Carlos you’re appreciated

Kim doing her best, not even cracking from frustration, stronger will than Ive ever seen. She intricately and in the most detailed fashion explained what every single thing was for these ladies. She finally finishes them off, it's my turn. She apologizes I say no worries. I know exactly what I want book, boom, boom I get my order. Kim held it together alone at all 4 stations ALONE, but then she finally got the help needed. Shoutout to Kim!

The only suggestion I have is during the lunch rush, it would really help to have a few more team members available since it gets very busy. Also, upgrading the forks would be nice — they’re a little too small for adults. Overall, I really enjoy coming here and will definitely keep coming back.
