- DMDaisy Martinez6 days ago3.0Happy to have a Cava in Norwalk! Food has been consistently solid the half dozen times I’ve gone. The issue is they are either understaffed or not well trained. It took over thirty minutes to get through the line for a bowl. The cashier was so slow and looked so miserable it appeared she was being tortured or being held against her will. While her colleague did her best to pick up the slack, she held the line with her poor attitude. I hope management adds more staff or improves the flow during peak hours. I’ll only be ordering ahead in the future to minimize interaction with staff.

Friend went first and she asked for a lil extra rice and the employee put a tiny bit more. When it was my turn I asked for a lil more rice and she said she would have to charge me. I said you didn't tell her that. Employee replied it's cause I gave her a lil more only, I said thats what I asked for too. She added a few rice grains. Same thing with the sauce since she was too lazy to change the empty container, I asked the next employee. Mind you, we were the only ones in there so they weren't busy. They didn't offer any pita that other places normally offer..when my friend went back to get pita..the employee said well you didn't ask for it and gave her one piece not warmed. This is the worst cava ever, wouldn't be back and wouldn't recommend.
- AAAngel AlmanzaJan 2, 20265.0Janelle was so patient and very considerate when recommending products and letting us know the upcharge, she gave us a sample of the steak just in case I didn’t wanna put it in my bowl but it was really good and I put it in anyway. At some point her team got lost or something and she ended up being the only person in the front while a line built up (that was my bad I didn’t know when I was ordering) and was still doing so with a smile on her face, a helpful demeanor, and very quick and efficiently . Definitely grabbing more food soon!
