- JJJr.Dec 10, 20251.0Ordered a cake for my son online. The day of the pick up an hour and half before i get a text that Amazon hadnt delivered the toy topper yet . He said it was going to be late. An hour after my pick up time they text me it was ready. I went iver and it wasnt ready. The guy came in 5 minutes later with the package and the lady started adding it to the cake. She drops the toy car to the floor . Than she writes the message i asked for with different color from the one i asked. The writing was unreadable. The box was small and smashed the lettering. I told them the cake was all deformed and didn’t even look like the one on the picture. They offered to use another cake they had and add the toys on top of that one. I accepted because the other one the frosting was all messed up and they had ran out of those colors. They gave me the other cake but it wasnt ready all bad. Dont buy cakes here. Pictures show EXPECTATION AND REALITY

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
