  My first time coming to this Wendy’s and the customer service as soon as you walk in is amazing,you are treated with a friendly smile and that is how you should always welcome guests,the food was fresh and great .thank you to Jose Luis district leader who is running a great store !!

  NEVER IN MY LIFE, this experience might’ve just killed my Wendy’s support for the rest of my life. I always said Wendy’s was better than in n out and I prefer it but after tonight, NEVER. First of all my fries were cold and towards the bottom of the carton they tasted strange, prolly moldy. I spat it out, anyways, I bought a full combo and went thru drive thru, the dine in is closed, and I’m being told there’s no “refills” in drive thru. Okay, well it’s not my fault you guys can’t take the cup, so why not give me another cup and give me a refill? These guys acting like I have to pay full price for a refill I usually would get after purchasing a drink. Since when am I punished for you not being able to take my cup and refill it? Why is the flamboyant manager acting like a cup will come out of his salary? Since when have employees became so entitled to acting as though they own the place? Like dude what does it matter, I just wanted a refill but he obviously cares more about a cup that providing service to a customer that supported your business. Never will I again order from a Wendy’s for the rest of life. Thanks for that slap in the face !

  The fries were dry and over cooked. First time I had fries from this location like this. Also, they had old lettuce in their chicken wrap. Thumbs down!!

  The lady workers are using the restroom and not washing their hands, they just wetting them and coming back on the floor to cook .. this is the 3rd time I've seen it in a month of me using the restroom.... I've told the manager but unfortunately I've just seen it again today, which prompted me to leave a review and I think I may be calling the health department.... Disgusting
