  Lady litter my lied and cancelled my order because she didn’t know the letters I was saying to her . I even provided words p Peter b Barbie . She tells me to pull up because she is unable to locate order . Show her code she goes to side and then my screen says you order was CANCELED by member .. I bet loud and ms manager comes and asks what’s the issue I tell her and she FINDS THE ORDER !!!! And then hands it to me and says it’s too early for this and I’m like yes it is stop lying and canceling your customer orders because you have a language barrier . Love my people but this location needs to do better my got not even 7am !!!!!!

  I hate that most of the wood they have to offer is crooked or bowed. We often have to go through a quarter to half pallet before finding enough straight wood for our project meaning it takes minimum an hour for what should be a quick wood run.

  Jose, manager and team refused to remake an order they gave away to another customer due to lack of receipt. I could not get a receipt because I was asked to park as soon as I pulled up to the window. 😳

  The manager, Jose ruined my entire year. He had his staff take my fish sandwiches to in the parking area to wait to be done but the person gave my order to someone else 😭. I went inside 20 mins later and Jose said I had no proof and nothing can be done. In tears right now

  Jose l, manager would not fix a mistake his team made without me crying. Another employee took out orders and gave my order to another parked car. Jose said nothing he can do about the order for about 5 mins without me tearing up
