The customer service I received was exceptional, and I would like to specifically acknowledge Richard for going above and beyond. A few days ago, I accidentally left a shake behind when picking up my dinner. Today, I returned to the store and mentioned the story to Richard while placing a new order( not expecting anything for free). Without any hesitation, he insisted on providing the shake at no charge to make up for the one I missed. I was incredibly impressed by his professional and generous approach to customer service. Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
