My biggest issue was how dirty the place was. There was a ton of trash on the floor. Most tables were taken but the ones that weren't were dirty and not cleaned after people ate there. But honestly the worst of all was that the corner of the wall where I was initially sitting had a ton of webs and dead spiders/bugs all over it. It grossed me out and I had to move. This is the most convenient Panera Bread for me to visit so I really hope it'll be cleaner next time. I'm not really a clean-freak but that was next-level yucky. The food was really good and comforting so I'll definitely be back.

I ordered half a sandwich, a soup, and a drink and got a pick up time at 1:30. I arrived at 1:30 and still waited an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I then was given a cookie for the long wait, which didn’t make me feel better since i already had to basically wait an hour and fifteen minutes for 3 items. Mine and many other people’s orders were late. Please hire more staff or give correct pick up times to your customers. I will not be coming here again.
