  This is my local Domino’s. I live a mile away, less than 4 minutes. I order here regularly. DO NOT order delivery. 6/10 times you’ll wait over an hour. Pick up only. It’s usually as expected. Sometimes you’ll wait over an hour for pickup. However, on 11-22 I ordered two late night pizzas. The pizza arrived later than expected, which was fine. When I opened the pizza, it was incredibly soggy and soft. The toppings were overcooked and the pizza was very hot despite being soggy and soft so we expected it to be safe. My guests and I all had 2–3 slices. Within hours we all began waking up with intense stomach pains and nausea. The pizza was severely undercooked. Nobody picked up the phone on the phone number listed. The app’s resolution service offers a free pizza, which is annoying. I will be writing a letter to Dominos corporate about this location. Unlike others in the area, this one consistently struggles. The staff are professional and kind but they’re understaffed or overworked. To be honest, this 11-22 pizza was probably the worst pizza of my life.

  There is no one to answer your call to begin with. I ordered online for delivery. The tracking system is not accurate since it keeps adding time, and again, there is no one to answer any calls. Keep in mind that I live about one mile away from the store! For sure, I will not order from Domino's again! There are many other pizzerias around us with excellent service!

  Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give negative stars for this experience, I would. Every time this Dominos makes my pizza, as soon as I place the order online, I have to call and read to them what I ordered because they continuously get it wrong. If you ask for extra cheese, apparently if u see any red on the pizza- that is extra btw. They will tell you that usually you don’t see sauce. Tonight, was no different. I paid for a specialty 6 cheese western pizza and paid additional for extra sauce and cheese. When I got home, it was just a plain pizza with 2 of the slices having no sauce/cheese at all. Just dough. I asked if I could send a picture in, that wasn’t allowed. When I called the store, an extremely rude female picked up the phone and said that she knows the pizza had extra sauce and cheese, and I was wrong. I order this pizza every week, and I think I know the difference between a plain pizza and a specialty pizza by now- for one thing- a six cheese pizza should have six different cheeses on it. I offered to bring the pizza back so she could see it, and apparently you can’t go to this store unless you place an order (that is literally what I was told..) I explained I did place an order and the order I got was wrong. Then, she said I could go back for the new pizza but at this point, after 10 minutes of no joke arguing that I’m not dumb and I have eyes and see this isn’t my pizza, I just asked for her name and a refund. She said Dominos does not allow them to give out names. I want to see that policy that employees don’t wear name badges and can’t provide a first name... clearly this wasn’t the first time. This woman needs a course in customer service because right or wrong (though I’m not wrong) no paying customer should ever feel the way she made me feel. I felt stupid as I looked at the pizza and was simultaneously being told I’m wrong lol. Yet, she didn’t want me to show it to her. Dominos- I wish I could provide you her name, but I guess that isn’t allowed. Make right by this!

  They did not fill the pizza with topping. Its just like eating crust with sauce.
