  Muy mal servicio, desde que llegamos no nos quisieron dar mesa que teníamos que esperar y al final cuando porfin nos sentaron había platos sucios en nuestra mesa el cervisio es muy lento y cuando llegó nuestra comida ya estaba fría.

  Arrived around 3:15pm on Thursday. I needed to use the restroom ASAP when I arrived. I approached to female employees (who looked like servers) to ask where the restroom was at. They both made eye contact with me, continued talking to each other, and then walked away from me. I finally found the restroom after walking around. Bartender was great when she finally showed up. I waited 6 minutes at the empty bar for someone to take my order. When I ordered my food the server kept insisting me and my son go sit at a smaller table even though there was hardly any other customers there. Then she says “due to people running out and not paying their bill, I’m going to have to ask you to pay upfront” I WAS WITH MY 7 YEAR OLD SON! Had already been at the bar, in the arcade, and then they treated up like criminals. Banks get robbed but the bank don’t treat all their customers like thieves. As we were about to leave, another server brought two additional plates to my table that I didn’t order. I took a bite of the burger and ate some chicken tenders off the other plate, call it even. Oh and one of the skee -ball games took my son’s credits without releasing the balls.

  I came here last night the service was excellent. The drinks were sooo good and the manger Efren helped us a lot when we had issues. I loved it here, recommend coming soon

  This arcade is one of the most funniest places I have ever gone to. The place is very clean and well kept. Thank you Efren for helping me , Dave and busters has the best management team out there.

  I came with five children and my husband. $285 dollar bill and $60 gratuity added. If it had been deserved I’d understand. The waitress missed orders of two drinks, a meal, and a meal came burnt and was replaced. The two children’s meals came after everyone else had eaten. I spoke to the manager in regard to the service he tried to bargain the gratuity as if it was deserved, no regard for the quality of service or lack there of. I’ve never eaten at a Dave N Busters but not even Flemings or Ruth Chris has given such issues with service and demand for a tip.
