  Most of the machines were out of service and the lady at the point redemption cashier had a bad attitude, and we still gave her respect. Overall, we had fun. 01/11/2026 @6:30pm lady that worked at that time needs more training. She looked drunk too.

  Okay, how do I describe the best evening of my life. It all starting when I decided to take the family out for the evening. We decided to go to Dave & Buster's. It was real easy to find seats but on the other hand it was a Navy SEAL Black ops impossible mission to find anybody to serve those seats. We must have sat there 15 minutes before I decided to get up and look for help. Now I do understand that it is probably very difficult to be a waiter waitress/bartender / babysitter but it took another 10 12 minutes for somebody to actually realize that I was asking for help. I don't think there is anything I did short of getting naked and jumping on the bar to get somebody's attention before somebody finally came. My family ordered what they wanted it was my turn I wanted the buffalo wings and sliders but I have a distaste for boned chicken, boned anything for a matter fact. So I completely ask the waitress if I could have these sliders and the boneless wings instead of the bone wings you know swapping it swap it out even if I had to pay more. I guess a customer can't order what they want because I was told no so it's actually get what I wanted I had to order a completely different meal on top of what I was already getting which was honestly very very blood boiling. I understand life is difficult for people but if somebody comes to your establishment and wants to order something and they would like it a certain way you don't tell them no you try to cater to your customers. For the amounts of money that I spent that night I would have expected some wow service instead I got not now crappy give me your bank account information so I can take all your money service. Extremely disappointed. And I know this is not going to help my situation out they're not going to offer me a meal at half up price or even offer a reimbursement or even if a night there on them I know they're not going to do that but this is for anybody else that goes there be warned it might seem fun until you're going through it.

  Every single thing that could be wrong with the food was. Raw hamburger... I mean awful. Fish was still cold and nasty. But hey the spinach dip was ok. Drinks were basic but expensive. One of the worst experiences.

  Today, we attempted to order drinks twice, but the service completely disregarded us. There were other customers waiting, yet the bartender was preoccupied with her phone, ignoring all of us. We also wanted to play pool, but she repeatedly walked away from us. We decided since we were being ignored we should play some games and then come back, when we returned 30 minutes after, she still didn’t assist us. It seemed like we were deliberately being ignored, prompting us to leave early.

  Went with a group and rented a hall. They catered it and the food was cold and skimpy for 40 people. (One of the offerings was chicken cutlets and there was only 10 for our whole group. )The dessert was churros and they were cold and rock hard and stale. It was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves. The floor was also very sticky.
